What shipping methods do you offer?
We currently offer shipping through SP Express and Store Pickup.
If chosen ''Store Pickup'', when can I get the products in your store?
Depend on the stock, the pickup time may be different. We will contact you after the order is ready. Please provide correct email or mobile no. for the use of contact.
How long do we need to wait for the Pre-order？
The shipment may take extra 2-3 weeks. We will fulfill the shipment as soon as possible.
When is an order with pre-order items charged?
Orders with pre-order items are charged the full amount at the time the order is placed.
What happens if I place an order with pre-ordered and in-stock items in it?
Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items will be held until all pre-order games can be shipped. If you wish to have your in-stock items shipped immediately, separate orders will have to be placed.

To pay with bank transfer choose “Bank transfer” as your payment method. Once your order has been placed please transfer to the following account within 48 hours:

May I return an item or order I have purchased ?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns in most cases.
If the game has a missing component, the publisher will need to be contacted to get replacements. We do not have replacements for individual game pieces. If you have any problems contacting the publisher please contact us and we will help you with it.
Why the order is cancelled ？
If the products are out of stock, we will contact you directly and purchase amount will be refunded.
