此僱員擴充大合集包括：地底僱員擴充、河岸僱員擴充和劫掠僱員擴充及僱員收納盒。

森林中有不少動物願意向各大陣營提供服務。一開始他們會被名譽和聲望領先的陣營所吸引，但隨著時間流逝，眼看衝突遲遲得不到解決，他們會逐漸失去興趣並更換靠山。其中《茂林源記：劫掠擴展》中已包含基礎遊戲四個陣營相關的八組僱員。

僱員玩法與特色
在任意人數、劇本、模式的《茂林源記》遊戲中，你都可以加入正好三組僱員，根據不同的玩家人數，每組僱員將使用高級面或低級面，高級僱員具有對應的配件，可供玩家操作。低級僱員一般不使用對應的配件，只提供特殊能力。

在遊戲開始時，三組僱員均為未雇傭狀態。第一位率先達到 4、8或者12分的玩家在夜晚階段結束時會獲得一組僱員，然後馬上投擲一次「興趣骰」，將骰面所示數量的興趣標記放置在僱員牌上（如你是當前最高分的玩家，則只計算興趣骰的金色小點）。

興趣標記的數量代表了僱員的可使用回合數，在你的回合結束時，你必須從擁有的每張僱員牌上各移除一個興趣標記，隨著時間流逝，僱員會對你失去興趣，最終他們都會投靠其他陣營。當你移除了一張僱員牌上最後一個興趣標記時，必須立刻將該牌以及你的一個僱員標記交給另一位你所選擇的玩家！
