Star-Lord will go all out when faced with an insurmountable obstacle. Use Star-Lord's hero ability to exchange encounter cards for yourself in exchange for huge discounts on resource costs; or use "sliding shot" at the right time to cause additional damage to the enemy based on the number of encounter cards in front of Star-Lord. The greater the risk, the greater the reward. If Star-Lord is unlucky and needs some backup, he can call in the powerful Nova to blast his enemies to smithereens.
