Shipping issues

MonsterGeek Delivery Service
(1) Delivery to addresses in private or industrial and commercial buildings:
There are Priority (2-4 days) and Regular (5-7 days) door-to-door delivery options. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

(2) Delivered to Hong Kong SF smart lockers and self-pickup points:
Shipping fee for a single purchase is HK$35, and Free Shipping for orders over HK$800!
Shipping time is generally 5-9 days.

(3) Self-pickup at Mong Kok Store:
After placing your order, we will notify you to pick up once the order is ready.
Note: A handling fee of HK$5 will be charged for a single purchase of less than HK$120.

If you have special delivery requirements, please Contact us after placing your order.
For your own interests, please confirm the total pricel and shipping fee displayed before making payment.

If the item is canceled by MonsterGeek due to any issues, we will not charge additional shipping fees.
